This has to be the best tasting rice, awesome flavor, sticky rice works great for risotto, cooks up perfect every time it's a little pricey but worth every penny.

I love this rice. It works well as a substitute for white rice but has more nutritional value. It is lightly milled so it has more flavor and color than white rice but does not have the heaviness of whole grain brown rice.It has been a couple of years since my original review. I have bought this 31 times on subscription. I see some have complained about bugs. I received 1 shipment that had bugs which was promptly replaced by Bolo.Still love this rice. None of our local grocery store carries it or a similar product. I am glad Bolo does.

If you like garlic, this is hands down the best rice out there! It isn't just garlic flavored, it is INFUSED as well as little dried garlic chips that create an incredible flavor combination with the rice. My local "premium" grocer used to sell it on their shelves along with the other regular flavors, but for some reason they stopped stocking the item. Highly recommend this product - just don't Bogart my secret stash by buying it all!

This Arborio rice is perfect! It has a wonderful flavor. I recently cooked a pilaf using a fantastic saffron stock. (I will review the saffron later) I hope next month to purchase an Instantpot Duo, which I will use to cook many new dishes using Della Arborio rice. I'm especially looking forward to making Chinese rice porridge! I can honestly recommend Della Arborio rice. I will certainly be reordering some soon!

A recipe on Della's own website has this rice being cooked on the white rice setting and I tried that and it was undercooked. Instructions say nothing about rinsing the rise and it appears to be pre-rinsed so treid that setting, a little better.
