Iv written through about 4 of them and im starting #5. I go through one in about a month so i use it nearly daily. The only issue I have ever had with this lab book is once in a blue moon the binding will snag but it will bent back. Very sturdy can be used as a flat surface to write on. The plastic covers can be used to store schematics for quick temporary reference. Or permanent with some tape.

I swear by this notebook because of the tailored pages for organizing. At first I thought it was inconvenient because it was so large but having all the space on the side to make notes as you go along or go back and add notes to something that did or did not work has been life changing.
