This Dole brand fruit comes already portioned. You can eat it as is or refrigerate it but either way it tastes fresh! I love keeping several on hand so I can grab 1-2 instead of cookies knowing I'm doing good for my body instead of feeling guilty.

Lately I skip making pizza dough and use convenient pita breads to make pita pizzas. I use 1 small can of tomato paste (6 ounce Contadina) and one small can of tomato sauce (8 ounce Hunt's) plus 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning and 1 teaspoon sugar plus a little ground Tellicherry peppercorns for the sauce.I put pita breads on a baking sheet and I put a few spoonfuls of sauce on each pita bread. Then I top with mozzarella cheese, some chopped up green bell pepper and 1/2 a fruit bowl of these pineapple tidbits per pizza. Then I top with small slices of pepperoni. Bake at 425 degrees for 14 minutes exactly and they are delicious!I do put some oil on the baking sheet and spread it around with a napkin before putting the pita breads on the baking sheet. Anyways I found these pineapple tidbits got even sweeter with a little baking. Whether you are using them as a snack, on pizza or in a smoothie I think you will love them. My husband said to make the pizzas exactly as I made them with the same sauce and everything. Win Win!I also plan on trying these in my carrot cake cupcake recipe. :)~The Rebecca Review

Dole fruit cups are the best. I love all of them. Great value, well packaged and very tasty. Mango, Mandarin oranges, Peaches and Fruit Cocktail are all in my pantry. Great as a snack for anyone that likes fruit. Anytime.
