This time, I forgot to get some and was heading out of town. I grabbed one of these because I'd ordered them for my patio. Not only did it make sitting on my brother's balcony wonderful, but the scent was also pleasant, and it didn't take up much space. I'll 100% buy more. They're great to travel with because of the lid. Really does burn for 24 hours and covers a nice area... I don't know the measurements. I left one there an I use the others before I thought to take a pic.

Okay *wowww* these smell amazing. And I usually have to let citronella candles (even this brand) burn for at least an hour before I notice a difference but not with these little guys, I seriously noticed a difference right away. For people who say they blow out easy just prop the lid next to the flame, it’s tall enough to block the wind. Easy peasy

This really helped keep the bugs away during our last camping trip. It lasted the whole trip and was super easy to pack. I would rate it five stars for efficiency and ease of packing. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the strong odor. Maybe it needs to be that strong to work effectively but it made our napkins smell like pine. The scent is so strong that our food began to taste like a hint of pine when we were eating lunch/dinner near it. We were close to it as there were quite a few bugs out at this time and we were trying anything to avoid mosquito bites (we want good memories not bug bites from camping). My husband loved the scent though. I would buy this again for a camping trip but I would be more careful with how I pack it with all of our other supplies.

Wanted candles to help get bugs away from my patio. These are great. They are in nice sturdy square tins, wood wicks and the pine is a great addition to the citronella . Very affordable too.

I used this for camping at a camp site and for when I went backpacking at a shelter that had a lot of mosquitos. There were no mosquitos at the camp site when I used it there. However, when I used it at the mosquito infested shelter, it didn't keep them away from where I was sleeping. I put it right above my head mind you, and they still came down to bite me occasionally.This probably would work if there were not a lot of mosquitos or if you were not in a closed space with a lot of mosquitos. The candle burns for a long time, and the rated burn time seems accurate. I still have not used it all up even after these two trips. It might be worth getting another or burning two at a time, since they are so cheap.

We had so many mosquitos in our yard, it was miserable. Then I lit this Coleman Pine Scented Citronella Candle in our Patio where we were sitting and like magic the mosquitos were gone from our area! Highly recommend!

I love the wood wick. The item was a bit smaller than I expected, but overall was a good buy. It stands up to the Coleman name for camping supplies. I recommend this. In fact, buy 2.
