I wouldn't bet my life on this, but then if I have had more than two drinks I don't drive anyway. It seems to be accurate. Unless you're a high school admin testing their students, then you need these mouth pieces. The breathalyzer should already come with a couple mouth pieces and they're honestly useless. If you are passing around Nic sticks all day long or sharing anything with your friends, then you sharing a breathalyzer is the least of your worries.
