This large capacity Fryer does Everything. Fried Cabbage Delicious. Only a small bit of oil for my sauguage. Easy to use with great temperature settings. It is such a great product. This is my second one. I had to leave the other behind on the east coast because I moved to the other coast. Long story. Anyway, I use this Fryer, Steamer, Fried cabbage, chicken, fish and any other food prep that you can think of. It is my go to for everything. Get you one!

Works great and use with Beef Tallow for all frying needs. Heats quickly and the basket though is aluminum, as not so good material, but does the job. Do not put in the dishwasher but handwash after each use as easy to clean and will be fine. I also bought a metal basket to use for smaller items as it narrows at the bottom. Will buy another when need arises. The heating element on the outside underneath was my main reason for purchase. Easier to empty and no heat coils inside with the oil.

It's functional, easy to use. If you are cooking rice and do not necessarily want your rice soft . Use a little less than prescribed by the manual. Size is good for small family of 4 . It Fries my chicken very well . It's multipurpose.

Awesome RV cook pot.
As a full time RV'r in Canada this pot is an absolute must. This combined with my air fryer and I can cook literally anything. Pizza, cookies, Chilli, bacon and eggs ect. It's also incredibly handy for doing dishes as I don't run water in freezing temps. My smaller model has survived Almost daily use for several years and this one is twice the size.
Great capacity, very reliable
This is the largest of the Presto Cookers. I have had the 6003 and 6006 for years. My 6006 is wearing out, the coating is fading away. I was hoping for something a little larger in capacity, and here it is.All the cookers go from a simmer to a deep fry and every temp in between. Easy to use, easy to clean, and judging by my other two, should last years.

So far I love it. I got this size because when I make my chili con carne the small size is not big enough. There is nothing I dislike about these pots, just love them.
