I love this stapler for a number of reasons. One is that it is so easy on the hands to staple papers. It does a perfect job on 2 sheets as well as stapling 40 sheets. It is sturdy, and the price is great. A real bargain. I am going to purchase a couple more for groups that I am in.

This is the best stapler. Lightweight, compact, and can handle the big jobs with ease. (As well as the small ones) I never have jams unless I hit another staple or something like that. I am the type that likes to try new gadgets, but when I lost this stapler I bought this exact one to replace it. The full-strip version is just as good, just bigger.

This stapler works great! It's quiet, lightweight but sturdy, and small, and I've had no problems stapling several pages, although I didn't often exceed 5 or so at a time. I'm replacing it because a couple hard falls damaged the (sadly) plastic outside of the stapler. Would buy again.

Updated Review on 10/8/18: This has become a favorite of our office staff and I found myself ordering 3 more of them today. However, I will say that it really CANNOT staple anywhere near 40 sheets. In fact, It has a bit of trouble stapling 25 sheets, and they aren't thick sheets; just regular copy paper. It's frustrating for me because I now have to staple the packet TWICE. Once with about 20 sheets; then I put the rest of the packets behind the 1st packed and staple it behind the 1st packet, but I only select about the last 5-10 pages and then staple the rest of the pack together. It's a hassle, but I don't have to do it very often thank goodness (trying to use LESS paper these days). Otherwise, it feels really good in your hand, operates nicely and doesn't take up much space. If they would just make it so it really would staple 40 sheets it would be just about perfect.So far so good. This product reviews were great, and OfficeMax/OfficeDepot appeared to have the exact same stapler but at a much more expensive price, so I thought I would take the leap and order from Bolo.When the item arrived I was very confused because it's SMALL. I totally thought I was going to receive a normal/regular sized stapler. But it's adorable and we decided to give it a try. It's a HAND stapler (one that you hold in your hand), and it's comfortable. It's easy to use and I've ask my employee to test it out and let me know how they like it. So far, she loves it. It works very well, is easy to use, hasn't jammed, takes us less desk space than a normal sized stapler, so all-in-all this is a great product and review. If anything happens, such as the stapler breaking, hurting our employee's hands while using or anything else negative, I will be sure an update the review.

The main thing I love about this is it lays the staples FLAT! No humps. I'll never use a different one! Stands up on my small desk not taking up much room, very durable and it'll staple a big bunch of papers very well.

I bought these through Bolo on 2-13-2019. If I remember correctly, 25 pages is recommended, but I have stapled just over 30 pages at times with this stapler. It is sturdy, well made, and is excellent for the home or office. Nice short length in size. Good sturdy stapling action. To me this is the best stapler you can get without upgrading to an electric power stapler. It is perfect for those "middle of the road" stacks needing to be stapled; not 50 pages, but perfect for 25 to 30 pages (for paper with regular thickness). I was tired of those flimsy staplers that can't seemed to staple more than 10 pages. So I bought a big desktop stapler, which was great until it broke down. I dont know how to fix it. So I bought this one. I'm happy with the stapling action. It's perfect.Update 6-6-2019: I'm still completely satisfied with this stapler.

Tengo una engrapadora Rapid de uso pesado y junto a una engrapadora eléctrica Bostitch, son mis mejores engrapadoras, sin embargo ésta no se queda atrás y es la mejor engrapadora manual que he comprado de uso regular. Muy superior a esas engrapadoras de metal que se atascan y hay que estar golpeando para engrapar dos hojas.No la he usado al límite pero más de 20 hojas hay que tener cuidado que las patas de la grapa no queden paradas.La he usado para engrapar cartón y tela y se ha desempeñado muy bien, sólo cuidado con las patas de la grapa.El material es de plástico en su mayoría pero de buena calidad y creo que está construida con bastante calidad.He tenido malas experiencias con otras engrapadoras de la marca pero éste es un muy buen producto y creo que el precio es bastante atractivo.Seguramente te va a dar bastante tiempo de buen servicio.

Does What It Says It Does
Bought this in April of 2021 because people are scary now and it's not worth being near them to use the Staoler and my local big box business store. It's tax time and all.This Stapler will likely break if you drop it. There is alot of plastic surrounding the operating core of the stapler which looks solidly steel.I bought it because it was smaller than a full size stapler and because I wanted to effortlessly staple 20 plus sheets of paper.I didn't think about it when purchasing it but it also fits into 1 hand and is easy to use off off a desk as well as on a desk with little risk that you will drop it.Put it in your drawer where it won't take up much space and it should work forever. Swingline is a very good brand overall.
