The media could not be loaded. Since I rent I can't mount this to wall..it is very quit and heats the whole room and watchibg it I fall asleep and don't worry about anything..love it

When I ordered this NorthWest Fireplace I wanted an electric flame for ambience. It wasn’t until I got this home and installed it that I realized it is strictly a heater. If you want to see the flames you have to have the heater on. This was not explained on the description, had I known that I would not have made the purchase. I have contacted the manufacturer who has said there’s nothing they can do. I have tried To contact Bolo but there just is no way that I can get a hold of them. They have multiple choices for you to choose from for help but the choices do not offer any help or information for my situation. And I have yet to find a way to speak to an actual person. Good luck.
