Beautiful roasting pan. Large enough for a full-sized turkey or at least 8 chicken leg quarters. Cooks things faster and more evenly and at a lower temperature than other pans I've had, particularly using convection roast. Food stays juicy and cleanup is pretty easy. I usually rub coconut oil on the bottom of the pan before starting, which helps with any sticking as well as with cleanup. After cleanup, I scrub with Bon Ami which has so far kept the original shine. Just to reiterate: keep the cooking temperatures lower than usual works just as well and protects the pan. A pricey item, but worth every cent.

I love this pan, except for storing the thing. I keep it in the oven. But have roasted turkey, beef roasts, ham roasts, everything. It is heavy, has nice handles to get it in an out of the oven, and the rack is perfect.

This pan is a keeper! It is high quality and very versatile from oven to stove top! The sturdy build of it is wonderful for holding a 24 lb turkey!

This roaster is of excellent quality!! I received it the day before Thanksgiving so was able to use it straight away. My 23-lb turkey fit in it perfectly. Love the rack - it helps hold the turkey in the roaster better. The inward facing handles were a bit of a need to get used to issue, for me anyway. I loved the idea of them not taking up precious space in the oven, but they also made it a bit difficult to get in with oven mitts without getting them messy from the turkey. This may not be an issue when not cooking a large turkey that fills the rack from end to end. I did receive a pan that showed heavy polish marks on the bottom side and after washing the pan before first use it showed a silhouette of a sticker (on the inside bottom and it was fairly large!) but, there was no sticker there! I have no idea what that was all about. It did not effect the cooking process, however. Over-all, it cooked my turkey to glorious perfection, the roaster looks beautiful and is of excellent quality! Aside from the phantom sticker outline it is well worth the money for a quality item that will last a lifetime, if properly cared for. I'm still working out (3 years later) how to get the ... marks from heating I guess, for lack of a better term ... off without an hour of heavy duty elbow grease! Would love to know a secret to keeping those odd marks off and shinning in it's original shinning glory!

I love the solid heavy feel of the roaster, but the handles go in toward the pan, so when you pick it up, your fingers are in the meat. I wish the handles were outward. Too much trouble to send back, so I will live with it. Just know that it is a problem. Study the picture before purchasing.
Very well made pan.
It is a little on the expensive side, but it is a very sturdy and well made unit. Cooked our Christmas turkey in it and it turned out perfect. The pan was heavy but the handles made lifting fairly easy. If you don't mind spending the money, you will not be disappointed with this pan.

Dimensions incorrect - how hard can it be to measure something like this! They forgot to include the handles so it is wider than stated

Excellent Roasting Pan
Very well made, excellent handle design (handles are within the pan's footprint), good size (takes two 5.5 lb ducks), easily cleaned, obviously very durable pan. Have not tried the basket yet.
