GOLDEN TIME: COLLECTION 2 Two-DVD set. Adjusting to college life is hard enough for most students, but ever since Banri Tada lost all his memories he's literally being haunted by the spirit of the person he was before the accident. And now that the Banri-that-is has fallen in love with Koko instead of Linda, the girl his old self was in love with, the ghost of the Banri-that-was is stepping up it's efforts to sabotage his new relationship with every power at it's disposal. Which means since past-Banri can sometimes take over present-Banri's body, the entire life new-Banri has built is now in imminent danger of being blown away like a house of cards in a whirlwind. And that doesn't even take into account Linda and Koko's feelings, let alone those of Banri's friend, Mitsuo, who Koko was formerly in love with, but who now has a thing for Linda- at least, when he isn't crushing on Chinami. And if that sounds confusing, it's nothing compared to how Banri feels as his old memories begin to resurface and the ultimate battle of Man Vs. Himself.

There are a lot of discrepancies with the way some characters behave, like there is a guy who likes one girl, but after he is dumped but said girl he finds he likes another one and forgets every feeling he had for the other girl, and while there are times in real life that things like that happen, you usually don't forget about that girl you confessed to and pretend that you are buddies after that, which is what they end up doing like the main female characterwho initially goes after one guy but ends up with another guy because, reasons.and totally forgets her love for the other guyThere will be a lot of things that will probably won't make any sense to you but if you don't care about normal logic in anime, like myself, then you will enjoy the pace of this Comedy, Romance, and some drama anime

This show stressed me the hell out, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. At times it was funny, at times it was weepy, other times, I was trying to will more fully justified crotch punching!It is so rare to find actual romance anime, and this one is certainly one. Plus, the supporting cast is great, especially Nana-senpai. And, I really thought the ending was going to be crushing, but it ended very satisfactorily.Highly recommend. Exorcist!

A good romance series from the writer of Toradora.
Keeping up the quality of character interactions and motivations from the first half. The second half seems to revolve around Banri's amnesia to the point that it can come off as using his condition to cause any progress in the plot and character development. Weaker than the first half but still a fun watch overall.
