(Thought I'd already written a review, so apologies if this is a repeat.) I'm an older woman who is experimenting with hair after no sooner learning my hair is wavy with some curl that I began losing it to a B12 deficiency. I bought this with high hopes that it not only would work as a detangler but wouldn't be like gunk in my hair since I might be using it throughout the day as well as before bed. Love. This. Stuff. My hair is long, fine, thinned out some, prone to frizzing on the ends, and with a mind of its own. My gets tiny tangles all over all day, which means there's a good chance of multiple breaks when I detangle. This stuff works well, and the sprayer has a wide, fine mist. In addition to daily detangling through the day, I started saturating my ends before jumping into bed or if it's going to be a while before I go out. My hair drinks it in with no build up between washes (1-3 times a week). With on/off but regular hair-end saturation, it seems to have helped. I'll always want to have this on-hand.

She has fine, long hair and seems to always find a way to get it tangled; the conditioner helps fix the tangles she tends to have by putting up her hair and taking it out throughout the day. I like the fact that there is natural ingredients to assist with her tangles.
