Still on the hunt for the perfect rice to make the perfect Chinese fried rice recipes. This one was recommended, and my husband enjoys it just as good eating rice. I will be experimenting with either freshly steamed or else refrigerated overnight ways of approaching the recipe preparation options. There are so many different styles of preparing the well-loved dish!This is a reliable base, regardless of which recipe we pick. It's good to have this staple in our pantry for when it's time to cook up a pot.

This jasmine rice has become a staple in my kitchen. The aroma while it cooks is amazing — subtly floral and comforting. It comes out fluffy every time, whether I use a rice cooker or stovetop. The grains don’t clump together, and the texture is just right for everything from stir-fries to curries. I also appreciate that it doesn’t require a ton of rinsing. My only complaint is that the bag isn’t resealable, so I had to transfer it to a container. Still, the quality is fantastic. I’ll definitely be repurchasing regularly!
