I got these for my husband who was complaining with always feeling tired .Seven Seas helped me so much through my pregnancy so i thought why not give these a try.By day two of taking them he was utterly surprised to feel so much better.He has more energy.He gets up pretty early and this helps him so much .He loves the way he feels and I’m so much happier that i got them.

I started taking them a few months ago and can feel the benefit from the vitamin pack. It comes with a pack of Omega 3 capsules but I'm not convinced they do anything. Decent price for a month's worth of supplements. Great for anyone who needs a little boost

Like swallowing horse medicine...

Okay....so overall I 'think' I feel better for taking these vitamins, so that's the good thing. But trying to swallow the sodding things...both tablets are ridiculously large...I mean maybe they also double up as wellbeing for horses, or at least larger mammals...I've greedily gulped down a few larger than life mouthfuls in my time but catch one of these wrong and you'll be choking so hard you question your own mortality...left spluttering and wide eyed at the start of the day is kinda counter intuitive to trying to be healthy...please make them half the size...I dread to think how big a throat some of the creators of this product have...I mean I'm a human not a sperm whale! Thank you please...oh and if you get the one that isn't clear dissolving on your tongue...it tastes like pond water and seems to stick itself to your tongue worse than a limpet on the aforementioned whale's undersides...
