Long time ketogenic diet and intermittent faster. There is a lot of information out there both for and against exogenous ketones. Not a scientist so I cannot speak to the details but I can unbiasly review this product after a first time use.This was shipped pretty quickly. Bulk is very worth it. Shipped some Maca with it as well so it came in same package which saved me some money. Make sure u let the powder settle in the pouch before u open the top . U dont want any to waste. I tried a quarter of a tea spoon. Current state is one day of eating very low carb. Took this after a lil while after a meal (meatballs) Usually takes me 2 days to get back into ketosis. Upon taking the first dose I was skeptical and felt nothing for about 15 mins . Then after a while I began to feel it in increasing increments.It does feel like ketones. Its a bit more of a sythentic feel as opposed to when u naturally enter ketosis. I bought this for two reasons. Mainly to help me deal with adapting into ketosis and to help with energy during fasts. So far I am about 6 hours in and its doing an amazing job at both. It has that nice clean energy feel like you are running on a finely tuned engine. From what I have read , the people dropping bad reviews often try to use this as a weight loss fix all which nothing is. I can definitely see how this product will be super helpful when used with diet and/or exercize responsibly.Good value, good product, good company, good shipping.

I bought this to help with weight loss but after a week, I still saw the same progress unfortunate. It has a strong flavor event when mixed with other things to water it down it still very noticeable.Maybe I'm just an unfortunate individual that doesn't see the effects in action so it's a pass for me. On the other hand if you're looking for a strong flavor of raspberry this is your go to.

After trying "popular expensive brand" that tasted TERRIBLE, but being sold on the concept of ketones, I came to Bolo for a recommendation... now, I'm assuming no supplement ever will be delicious. That being said, this is way a tolerable taste. If you mix it with your protein shake or some other flavored beverage, you aren't even going to taste it. But.. here's the important part. This stuff has to be working. In an attempt to give the best review possible, I changed NOTHING except adding ketones to my daily routine. 1/8th of a tsp 2x daily. I eat relatively healthy but don't deny myself. Also have not been exercising, only because of a foot injury.. so. Long story short, in 2 weeks I've lost 4 lbs. My pants feel looser. And my energy has increased. I take it at night too, and sleep like a baby. Don't ask me how it works, just know, IT WORKS. And the price itself is worth trying over brand x; I paid almost $40 for a 5 day trial... this will last umm.. math... much longer than a week!!! It's worth it just to try it. Give it a few weeks. You will be a believer too!

I'm still on the fence about this because my diet hasn't been consistent enough lately to see any major changes brought on by many supplements I've been trying. However, I do notice that when consuming raspberry keytones before I go to sleep that I wake up "leaner" and tend to be a bit more regular. Maybe it just helps mitigate some water weight or is having some other positive effect, but it certainly isn't hurting anything. I will continue to consume raspberry keytones, while improving my diet, to see if it has any more significant effects, but so far so good at least. And better yet it's sold by Bulk Supplements so I know the quality is good and the price is right.

This has a very bitter raspberry flavor I can make that work I put it in my tea however the stuff does not dissolve very well at all in hot or cold water and it's next to impossible to measure I have a complete set of extra tiny measuring spoons for grams but it doesn't make it any easier. I test my blood before and during taking this and I had to consume quite a bit up to a teaspoon in a day to see any noticeable rise in my ketones since I eat a carnivore lifestyle I founded disappointing.

I keep it by the Keurig because I put it in my coffee every morning:) I have been working on losing weight for about 4 years now. I was up over 200 pounds and I'm 5'5" and 43 years old. No medications. It took over 3 years to get down to 171 counting calories. In April I started trying a low carb diet and it worked better but probably due to my age or metabolism that even having almost zero carbs and working out it was extremely hard to stay in ketosis. I've used 3 different exogenous ketone powders. They all work to blast off the pounds and the fat and keep me in ketosis but this one is way way cheaper and it works just as well as the expensive stuff! As of this morning I am down to 153 pounds! When I use this and get moderate exercise (like i go to a workout class twice a week and get about 10 to 12,000 steps a day) I lose about half a pound a day!! So when I say this works I actually mean it and i have used it for some time so I know for sure this is what it is. I am so glad I found this because the package lasts much longer than the jars of the other stuff and it doesn't cost nearly as much so I can afford to use it daily without worrying about my wallet. Thank you!
