I have had a vitamin D deficiency for a while now. I have trouble swallowing large pills, so had been using gummies to try to help and it wasn’t working. Use these in my bloodwork is finally showing my vitamin D levels where it should be! You only have to take one a day, they dissolve quickly, and taste good in my opinion.

For someone who cannot swallow pills, both myself and my daughter love these. They melt on your tongue and the taste is pretty good. At first it’s hard to describe the taste, but once it completely melts, you can really taste the apple flavor. I definitely will be buying this again when we run out.

Finally! A tasty, natural, sugar-free vitamin D supplement I can remember to take and actually want to. I actually think it could have a much stronger sour apple flavor, personally. But it's not offensive and tastes good. The only other sugar-free, edible Vitamin D3 I could find (that used natural sweeteners) was the gummy one by Nordic Naturals. It's pretty good but also pretty expensive, and it's not a gummy texture at all as expected and is a bit gritty. This dissolving tablet is more enjoyable and more cost-effective in terms of the dose of Vitamin D. Plus, if someone doesn't want to take that much at once, easy - just break it in half! It's soft enough for that.
