I had Covid and my throat was so sore I couldn’t swallow without a lot of pain. This pudding is cold and has a lot of protein to keep you full and doesn’t affect your blood sugar. It’s easy to make-just add cold water and stir. Also good for diets. I prefer the lemon taste. Not a Gourmet meal but it’s good for your needs.

I bought both the dark chocolate and the lemon after I had oral surgery and had to stick to soft foods that didn't require chewing, and I was sick of mashed potatoes and yogurt, and wanted something a little more nutritious than the potatoes (particularly since i regularly eat low carb!).I didn't have any trouble with this pudding being lumpy, grainy, runny, weird texture, etc. I thought it had a texture almost identical to cook-and-serve pudding (which is much thicker and heavier than regular instant pudding) and the only time I had to really work to get lumps out was when I got greedy and tried to make two packs at once! Otherwise, one pack in a bowl with 1/2 cup cold water mixed up easily with a spoon and set up thick and creamy in a couple of minutes. I prefer the dark chocolate to the lemon (which is slightly too sweet for me) because it has the bitter dark chocolate taste I love.These completely served my purpose of trying to get some creamy/non-chewing protein in while I was on food restriction (and didn't want to just drink muscle milk and the like) and I enjoyed them so much I'm back to order more of them to have on hand as a low carb treat.

I noticed a lot of people complaining about the flavor in their reviews. This is a pudding designed for people who are attempting to curb their appetites, raise their protein intake, and lose weight. The name WonderSlim should say it all! So, it's kind of a given that it isn't going to taste like Jell-O pudding and if you're expecting it to, you are in for a let down. All that being said, I tried the chocolate and found the flavor to be really good, the consistency to be exactly as I wanted it (I used Almondmilk instead of water), and it was filling! Even though it was a pretty small portion, I had no urge for a meal or snack for the rest of the day and I ate it late afternoon! It's only downfall is the price, for which I took off a star. It definitely isn't your average pudding but the benefits are worth giving it a try. I'd recommend it to anyone who is dieting or looking for low fat/high protein desserts. It's great! Just know that it isn't going to taste like your name brand snack pack and you WILL enjoy it!

I eat a lot of protein powders and bars and generally enjoy them at this point. I'm used to the artificial sweetener flavor, etc. These puddings looked like they might be good. So far I have tried the chocolate with marshmallows and the toffee creme, and they are mostly flavorless with a hint of artificial sweetener. They each had some kind of crunchy bits that were sweet, but very few, and only slightly more flavorful than the surrounding goo, anyway (which isn't saying much). The texture is like instant mashed potatoes made with margarine. I think you must be trying to poison people. Come on.I'll try the rest, I guess. If any of the flavors are good, I will update., but I wouldn't bet on it.

The taste is great but packaging is very poor. The seller delivered quickly but in flimsy bag; therefore the box was crushed and packages out.
