If you use only around 5 ounces of cold water, it tastes really good. It is very low in calorie and high in protein, helping to lose weight and keep from losing your muscle mass while doing it ... Great product!

I have tried many meal replacement drinks, bars, etc. Most of them taste pretty bad to start with and then, have a bad after taste. I'm really glad to have found these packets. I just received them this morning and I mixed it up for breakfast. It tasted wonderful and kept me filled up until a later than usual lunch today. I only wish there were more packets in a box. I will be buying these on a regular basis.

I ordered this a few times and every time it is shipped in an envelope not a box. The box inside the envelope is always crushed. Fortunately the packets inside the crushed box were not leaking.I actually like the taste and quick shot of protein and vitamins for breakfast.

So I've went through four boxes of these. Now I would do 2 packs at a time because I wanted to use these as a meal replacement. I figured using two packs at a time would make it thicker and obviously more fluid.Every flavor tastes amazing. The worst one I would say is the strawberry as it did have a hint of chalky flavor but it wasn't a deal breaker and I still enjoyed it.I didnt mix and match the flavors, that could possibly create some unique concoctions.I liked all the vitamins that were contained within each shake and the calorie count nor the grams of sugar were too high.They just simply did not fill me up! Not even a little. I'm a 42 year old, 300lb guy. So maybe a petite female could get by with these as a meal replacement, however my male brethren probably will not be satiated.The price isn't too bad either considering what it is. I would definitely buy them again just on taste alone but I'll look elsewhere for a meal replacement supplement.

I really enjoy the convenience of this product being individually wrapped with the different flavors because I can pack it for my lunches at work or when I’m doing spend the night with a friend

What you can do is add cacao to the shake, mix well, and then you have a chocolate shake or pudding.

Love these shakes. Easy to blend with water and ice and have a yummy shake. Chocolate is my favorite but have also tried salted caramel and that was goodGood priceLow calorie countGreat taste

I got the variety pack. All the flavors taste alright. Surprisingly my least favorite was the strawberry. It left a strange after taste. All others were fine.As far as mixing, using my shaker bottle mixed the powder well, still was a little grainy but no more than what some other shake powders i've tried. It did get thicker than another brand i was trying. I also tried it as a pudding and that was pretty good. Actually prefer it as a pudding. Thickens up and pretty smooth.Bolo needs to ship these in boxes. I have same issue with the bars. I ordered multiple hoping they would come shipped in a box. Nope, all the variety boxes were shoved in a shipping bag. Thankfully these are powders but you can tell they got smashed.
Terrible selling out of date items
I wouldn’t know what it taste like it was out of date so please do not purchase this item I won’t get my money back unless I return item which I’m not doing it’s went in the bin feeling angry 😠
