Was recommended to take another brand from my doctor. Although it was good, I needed something better for my issue and not all the added calcium in that product which is frowned upon for bone health. Food first for calcium. This magnesium is gently on the tummy. I take one in the morning and one before bed capsules are easier to swollow.

Great Quality And Price
I am really happy with the quality of this product.
A little pricey
Good quality as far as I can tell at this point. Price is a bit high, when the duty label indicates worth of $19.99. I was easy to order however, so depending on your shopping options ordering it might be the best solution. I will look for a local source for the next bottle.

I’ve been taking this for a little over a month now, and I can confidently say that this is a great product & it does work. At first, I was only taking 2 capsules per day & thought that each capsule contained 200mg of magnesium glycinate, and given that we need at least 400mg per day I thought that was enough but then I worked out that each capsule only contains 100mg so now I take 4 capsules per day and ever since doing that, I feel so much better. Muscles don’t feel as tight anymore, It promotes better sleep, less fatigue and stress. I highly recommend Pure Magnesium Glycinate! I will buy this again.
