This product has a strong flavor. I have learned to appreciate the taste and have a 12 ounce cup every day prior to eleven o’clock. It provides more energy for me and does not interfere with my sleep at night. The directions are easy to follow.

Seems good size for the box. Haven’t tried the matcha itself yet so excited about that! But at least box/size was beyond expectation. Usually with Matcha you are paying a lot and end up with a small quantity so that’s why my expectations were low.

This matcha is so-so for making drinks but better for adding to fruit smoothies, recipes etc. It's somewhat bitter to drink. I'd recommend ceremonial matcha instead for drinks, lattes, etc.

This was a pretty big jar of matcha for the price. I like that it’s Japanese matcha which is supposed to be a higher quality. I normally drink a cup every night. I feel the difference in energy and mental clarity when I drink this regularly. I would definitely recommend.

Dont buy this. This isnt even culinary grade matcha. Its tastes like matcha FLAVORED powder. Undrinkable. The color is to dull to be actual matcha and its clumpy. Thats doesnt happen with actual green tea thats stone ground because there is nothing to clump.
