If you love peppermint tea you will love Twinings version. This is my daily drink, hot in the winter and iced in the summer. So refreshing, no caffeine and very minty. I've tried all the brands from all price points and keep coming back to this. While I like to buy items with as little packaging as possible I really do think the individually wrapped bags keep the peppermint oils in the tea

I bought this peppermint tea, because in Filipino culture, the Philippines we start celebrating Christmas around the "Ber" months. So from September until December, we celebrate time with our family & friends to do nothing but relax & family oriented things. Anyways, I enjoy this specific brand, because the calming effect is great for the type of tea/quality. It smells really nice & comforting. I like how this tea relaxes me, when I sing Christmas carols with both of my sons. W shave a great time. This peppermint tea is especially great because I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (I.B.S) which means I have a sensitive stomach & I can't eat too much fiber, because it causes me diarrhea. I'm not a diabetic or anything, but I have been a VEGETARIAN since my career began in 2004, when I was only 14 years old. So I watch what I eat, because I eat to workout. I love to run & weight lift. I ran cross country throughout high school & college & I love to strength training AT LEAST THREE TIME per week. We're kind of coastal, so we eat good to exercise good to be able to live HEALTHIER. It's about a lifestyle change, not necessarily a fashion show everyday, although; I do have a passion for fashion.
