This product works beautifully. I have no Issues with it, I do not need trips with it. It's nice when you pull off the skin, it's like butter.. Hands down 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this Product to family and friends or anyone.

I’ve been using this brand and wax for many years now and it never disappoints. I’d recommend this product for anyone looking to use hard wax. A plus is that it works great all over the body.

Good hard wax. I use it in the GIGI wax warmer and you can easily take it off and throw it back in the warmer and reuse it, so it lasts a good long time. I like this stuff and highly recommend it. You do not need linen strips to use it. Just slap it on and wait for it to harden and then peel it off with your fingers. Takes the hair right off.

Tonight was my first time using it.. I did my lip first, then my “unibrow” and then the eye brows. It took 1.5 hrs for it to melt, I put baby powder on my skin as a buffer, then I followed the hair growth to apply. When the wax hardened and it was sticking to my finger I flicked a start point to start the ripping off part against the hair growth, while keeping a tight hold on my skin I ripped, it worked great!!I did my unibrow same way and it worked nicely. As I was afraid to do my brows I did a little bit at a time. It pulled a lot of hair off my eye brow and it looks so much nicer!After the waxing I used baby oil on a cotton pad to remove any left over wax, and aloe on another cotton pad to sooth my skin.I like the product and looking forward to the waxing!

Gigi hard wax is by far the worst hard wax hair removal product I’ve ever used! The wax broke into pieces when I attempted to remove the strip I applied, it did not matter if I applied the wax thick or thin and in addition to that it did not remove any of the hairs! This was my 1st and second attempt at applying the wax the 3rd attempt I had my daughter, she’s an aesthetician, try for me and she took one look at the product and said “I would never use Gigi’s hard wax because it is not a good product. The wax breaks apart whenever you attempt to remove it and it doesn’t even remove the hair!” So I have gone back to using the product I was using before and never had any issues whatsoever with and it cost significantly less than Gigi’s! I thought that I would give Gigi’s hard wax a try because their soft wax works so well.

I was looking for a hard wax I could do at home because my lip hairs and chin hairs grow quickly. This is by far the best one I have found. It’s gentle on my skin and doesn’t cause my skin to freak out. It definitely takes longer than 35 minutes on high for the wax to melt fully if it’s a brand new container. I don’t like it to melt all the way because I like a thicker wax. If you want thinner, definitely let it get fully melted.

If you're going to use this you might want to get your face up close to the warmer and wear an old shirt, use a bib. Because it dripped everywhere all over my bathroom sink. it was thinner than a thick cream soup. You had to spread layers on your face in order to be able to peel it off. If you did that then it worked fine but I had to do this several times in the same area to get results. Once I am done using this can I am going to go back to zip wax. I am VERY disappointed I was hoping it would work. I even looked for TIPS on using it. There was nothing on how to stop it from dripping all over. If I could find wood spoons to help I would. I've used hard wax for over 20+ years and this is the FIRST time I have ever had any trouble.
