Yet I am not disappointed in the least. That is because this device by itself is definately worth much more than the price. I had two different previous monitors, priced more than twice this one each, not anywhere as accurate as this one, exactly as my research predicted which make this purchase a bargain. The testing results are very close to lab results! If you decide to buy this fantastic device, remember to buy the same brand test strips with it (and any lancet device if you don't have one already).

I bought this monitoring kit, Contour next EZ from Zoom and shipped from Bolo and was disappointed by what was sent to me. It clearly stated by Rufus and online that the contents of the box is 1 monitoring device,10 strips,10 lancelets, and the controlled solution. All i got was the monitoring device in a plastic pouch. I called Bolo and spoke to a rep there on Saturday. and was told that she is very sorry for what happened, and assured me that it would happen again. She did sent me a replacement on Saturday. To my surprise i received the same thing, 1 monitoring device in another plastic pouch. Note this product is advertised in a box, with a picture of the product. This is False advertisement that should be reported.

I did a lot of research before I picked this brand. This brand was highly rated so I bought it. It operates just like my last one did. A ReliOn that I have had for years. I don't need all the bells and whistles and blue tooth and all that stuff so I bought the EZ model. It consistently reads my glucose levels substantially Lower than my old one does. I check myself with each one at the same time just to see how closely they match. Might as well use up my old strips. My old ReliOn has been up to 16 points higher than this one. And it always shows a higher reading than this Contour one that I bought. So with its good reputation for accuracy I am glad I bought it. Just wish the test strips were cheaper.
