Simple but spot on! Comes with the apron, buttons, wig and headband. Wore it to Disney World for the Mickey Halloween Party and it was a hit! One of the Disney cast members dubbed me as best costume. My son was “Jake from Statefarm” so we definitely received lots of giggles.Great to wear with or without the wig. The wig has a nice layered cut and is more of a #4 brown than #2 off black. I chose to go without the wig due to hot flashes.

Wig was atrocious and the headband is much too tight; didn’t plan on using either honestly, so it’s fine. The name tag was slightly damaged, but overall it won’t be too noticeable. Great buy, just a bit expensive for the quality of the other items. Apron fits great though lol

Perfect. Great wig, The apron is great quality and the lettering is even stitched in. This was not some cheap plastic thing you would normally find in a costume shop. This quality for such a low price was WAY more than I ever expected. I received so many compliments. It was comfortable and easy to wear whether you are stick figure thin or almost 300lbs, it's adjustable and will fit anyone. I love the fact that it was so easy to do and I didn't have to wear a slutty outfit to have a great costume!
3.0 out of 5 stars Horrible wig- looks NOTHING like Flo's hair
The apron was perfect and "Progressive" was actually embroidered on it and not just printed, which is what I had been expecting so it was nicer than I thought it would be. It came with the I *Heart* Insurance button and the name tag that says "Flo" on it.The part I didn't like was the wig. The wig is just some random brunette wig with long hair which doesn't look anything like Flo's hair AT ALL. It's not the same length or the same style and it was a really really badly built wig so to put it where a hairline would go meant there was a huge ugly seam right in the middle of your forehead. It was NOT cute so I had to throw it away because there was just no way in the world to make this wig look like her hair.I got a large Bump-It and after pulling a big chunk of hair forward I pinned the Bump-It down then ratted my hair a bit and combed it over the Bump-It. Since my hair is really thick and heavy I had to use a couple of barrettes to hold my hair in place over the Bump-It but everything held together and it looked a million times better than the awful wig.The wig is why this didn't get 5 stars. If I were rating the apron and buttons by themselves then it would be a 5 star rating.BTW when I wore this on Halloween it was a HUGE hit. People stopped me everywhere (gas station, grocery store, bank, etc) to say how much they liked it and my customers at work absolutely loved seeing Flo and my coworker (Jake from State Farm!) working at the front desk. :)

Great costume! Got many compliments. Only negative was the wig hairs at the top were matted and not quite finished off. Almost like a section was forgotten.
