This is one of the better supplements for anxiety/falling a sleep that I have found over the years. Unfortunately the capsules are HUGE and hard to swallow, which is a true bummer.

As long as I remember to take it, this helps me to functions so excellently during the day. Instead of searching for what to do next, I feel like my mind puts everything in perfect order and it is such a blessing. Thank you.

My son has autism. Gaba helps stimming. Kirkman labs works best for him. I wanted to see if these were better. For my son they are not. With kirkman gaba, you cant taste it. It just works better.

This product was recommended to me by my son and his respiratory therapist girlfriend who loves it and stated the difference they feel when taking it. I started initially taking one a day , then two after a couple of weeks. It has been life changing for me as I feel calm and am able to focus working for two busy dentists. I will continue to take this and highly recommend it ! !
