These work perfect on my erasable Rocketbook, Nice coverage, no spatters or low ink coverage, nice and smooth. Erases nicely.Works well in regular paper as well. A nice feel when wearing, comfortable to hold.Color options are nice, I have used them for drawing. Last well and not blobs or issues there.My biggest issue is "drying out" or clogging when I carry in my shirt pocket. Yes cap is on securely and I am a heat furnace. So I am not sure this is entirely the pens issue.But put it out there as a FYI.Would be nice if they were a buck or two cheaper, but again more a me issue.Pen works great, as it is advertised to do. Though I not sure I have ever run out of ink versus dried it clogged. Or at least hope I did not run out of ink, since I have used a pen for maybe a couple dozen pages (8" x 6") very light usage.Going to have to pay more attention.Still a good product for use with erasable Rocketbook.

I love this pen so much and it’s the ONLY pen I’ll use, that’s why I give 5 stars. The ink is so smooth, dries quickly, and doesn’t smear. BUT, and this is kind of a big but, the pens don’t last very long. Now, I do A TON of writing but I feel like they should last more than a couple of weeks. I bought my first couple of packs at Target and thought maybe they had been on the shelf too long, so ordered my subsequent purchases from Bolo and had the same results. So, I know it’s just the way the pens are made. Ultimately I just accept it because I love the pens, they’re AMAZING!! They erase totally clean, no smears or smudges. I just buy several packs at a time and know they won’t last a real long time. Maybe some day they’ll make them last longer, who knows, but I’m a faithful customer regardless!!

I’ve been using the PILOT FriXion Clicker Erasable Gel Ink Pens for a few weeks, and overall, I’m really impressed with them! The fine point provides smooth, precise writing, and the ink flows beautifully without skipping. The best part is the erasability—it's almost like having a pencil, but with the clean, dark ink of a pen. It erases cleanly without smudging, which is a game-changer when I need to make quick corrections in my notes or work.The pens are also refillable, which is a huge plus for reducing waste, and I appreciate that they’re retractable for convenience. The comfortable grip makes them easy to hold during long writing sessions, too.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ink sometimes takes a bit longer to dry, which can lead to smudging if you’re not careful. I’ve found that it’s best to let it sit for a moment before touching the paper. That said, once you get used to the drying time, they’re great pens.Overall, I would highly recommend these pens for anyone who values smooth, erasable writing with the added bonus of being refillable!

I journal a lot so I’m always looking for a nice pen. I want the zero-smudge, no blot experience of a ball point pen while also having the ink saturation of a gel pen. You’d be surprised how hard that is to find. Welp. I think I found it with this Frixion pen! No smudges, no ghosting, nice dark ink saturation, smooth writing, and on top of that erasable! I couldn’t ask for more, I definitely recommend. See my photos for a comparison to some other pens I use, I tested it on normal printer paper.

The frixion pens are my absolute favorite pens! I have them in black and also some colors and I will never use any other pen again. The ink can sometimes be a little bit spotty, but other than that, the ability to erase is fantastic. I use these all the time for my STEM classes and when I do arts and crafts. If you use a hair dryer on hot, you can erase more at one time. I just wish they sold my favorite color refills in bulk.

Must have for students
Ink drys fast and there is very minimal stain when ink is erased (think slight oil stain type of discoloration). Ink does not come out too quickly, which was an issue with my last erasable, and it is pretty consistent.Would recommend for students taking quick notesEDIT:After a few months of fairly consistent use these pens are still kicking! A previous reviewer said that it ran out in a few days of note taking, but I really don't see how that is possible. I checked and mine are all over half way full.... given that I take notes in class for around 10 hours a week, this seems to be pretty on par with normal pens.I would also HIGHLY recommend these for written tests. If you have to write in pen these will save you big time! I just wrote a 3 hour exam yesterday and these saved me from having to cross out or white out any of my work. It made it look much more presentable and was much quicker. One thing to note is that the grip can be a bit of a pressure point for people who hold their pens a bit lower than most. After 3 hours of vigorously writing it started to hurt a bit. Not to the point of needing to stop mind you, but enough that it would have been uncomfortable to write for another hour. If they can smooth this edge out it would be and easy 5 stars! For the price though, I'd suggest giving it a shot and seeing how comfortable you find them.
Fine point , almost too fine
I found that the fine point was almost too fine that it was slicing the paper as I wrote with it maybe purchase a wider point in future!UPDATE: January 2024. After using these pens for a few months I have to say they have become a favourite now, they have a nice flow and you can be more precise when using, I will definetly be ordering more in the future!
