When using any cleaner always read the directions for recommended wet time for disinfection. When it come to a household cleaner the disinfecting wet time could be 4, 7 or even 10mins. Oxivir only has a 1min for basic disinfecting and it's not as harsh on surfaces and is safe on skin (of course there is always people who have different levels of allergies and you should never clean without gloves). This product is used in hospitals all over and is replacing an older cleaner that is also hydrogen peroxide based called alpha, which needs a 7-10min wet time to disinfect. I use it on all of my hard surfaces, but if you use it on kitchen counters or any food contact surface always wipe with a damp cloth to get up any residue (this product is not recommended for food contact surfaces). Works great in the bathroom and doesn't smell too bad. I've deoderised the carpet in one of my rooms with it. When you spray it on something and it bubbles a little bit you know you've got something nasty. Always follow usage instructions for any cleaner, it can shock you how your using cleaners wrong and not really doing any cleaning except dusting.

This is our go to disinfectant cleaner. Has a broad scope of use and has never disappointed. The triggers always work and culture tests prove performance for our needs.

My box also did not include 2 spray nozzles, and the company says they are no longer available??? Something does not make sense. Other reviewers report similar issues with quality control/receiving what they ordered. I chose this product form factor (and paid extra compared to bulk purchase) for the 2 spray nozzles and now must find a way to dispense this product without spray nozzles without contaminating it. Buyer beware.

This stuff does the trick when it comes to disinfectant. Also being non hazardous and leaving no streaks or residue, it’s perferable over bleach. As long as you’re not dealing with CDiff.

pleasant smell and appears to work as described by Diversey. Only using it indoors in common areas and supplemented by cleaning outside with a spray down of walkways with Hepastat 256.
