I’ve tried freezing it after cooking, and while it’s still edible, the texture gets a bit too thick and loses some of its original appeal.For the best experience, cook only what you need and follow the package directions closely—trust me, it makes a difference. One more thing I appreciate is how beautifully this pasta holds onto sauce.
