They mark really easily. A serrated knife will leave gouges in the plastic surface of this item, almost without any effort. If you’re okay with that, then this is not a bad deal. If you’re looking for something that has a little more longevity… maybe keep shopping.

I had other boards with a texture on top, and those were a pain to wash. The colors are what you'd usually see in a professional kitchen (red for meat, blue for fish, and green for veggies), which simplifies their use. They do get knife marks over time, but that's expected for any board.

I’m looking for a set of compact and small cutting boards for 1. Kimchi 2. Fruits 3. All kinds of garlic/onions/gingerThis set fits all my needs perfectly! The red is the most suitable cutting board for kimchi ever! Easy to clean and won’t be stained forever! The green one is for fruit and nothing to complain at all! The blue one is used for all the smelly spices only. Well, it scratched a lot when I tried to minced the garlic but, it’s a plastic cutting board. What can I expect? Lol I really love it. I don’t think it could work as the main or the only cutting board in your kitchen but, it’s a perfect set to fit your lights chopping requirements or specific ones.

What I love the most about these cutting boards is that they are colour coded for specific food so you never have to worry about cross contamination. They also don't take up much room and that's always a bonus and they are so easy to clean.
