I had searched and had bought many different herbal supplements to try and manage my anxiety that used to keep me awake at night. The anxiety was so bad some nights I had to get out of bed and catch my breath and walk around the house. Finally, I took a chance and tried this product. I started with two capsules a night. The 1st night I began to feel a sense of calm. By the 5th night I was sleeping without any anxiety.Now after a year, most nights I only take one capsule a night unless I know my stress/anxiety level is high. But I can honestly say for myself, this has been a tremendous calming experience. I have it on subscription and I have recommended this to so many friends who have also had great success.

Seems to make me calmer. I don't know if they lower my blood pressure, but I do feel calmer and less anxious since I've been taking them. I will continue to take them and reorder. They taste good and are easy to chew.

it worked!!! It helped me get over my anxiety of a BIG event. I was blessed that it started within 24 hours to help calm me down. (My event was 3 days aways) The only negative thing I noticed is how drowsy it made me. That was rectified once I split the dose -- 1/2 in the am and 1/2 in the pm -- and my body got used to it. This is a VERY trusted vitamin supplier! I use them for a lot!

great product but I'm depending on it!!! I'm much calmer since I started taking it, which I started mainly because of my kiddo, who I get stressed around. I would recommend for mamas!! But obviously also for everyone who seek little more of the calm and peace.

I’m sorry for the 3 star but this did not work at all, matter of fact it gave me a racing heart, which then turned into a panic attack. I try not to use my Xanax that much and only for emergency situations when my panic attacks hit. But this gave me the jitters. Be cautious with some of those ingredients, it’s not for everyone. I’m not sure if it is just me or it’s happening with everyone buying this so that’s the only reason for 3 star. I’m not looking for a refund or anything to do with this.

So here's an update:My moms memory related mood changes are now not random but more on a daily basis. I now give her 2 pills 3x a day to manage the frantic erratic changes in her mood. Sometimes they seem like a panic attack with frantic breathing and the desperate need to do what she feels like she needs to do. We "do" have an appointment to get her some official medication but in the meantime time, this is still working but Ive have had to increase the dosage. And we will keep this until she gets medication and then we'll compare the side effects to determine what's in her best interest.If your going through this with a loved one, it works. Oddly enough the extra-strength really didn't work.My mom is mid stages of dementia and also experiences sun downing mood swings when the sun is setting. She only takes high blood pressure pills for the obvious and i'd like to limit her need for medication if possible. Her mood shifts used to be more infrequent but within the last 3 months her mood was a definite shift as the sun would set - she would be packing to go home (and she was home), she would become extremely terse and agitated with me, frantic at times and just erratic. I have lots of remedies that would work in the past, like redirecting, prayer, music therapy but I was looking for something natural that would help her relax. I did some comparisons on different products, also reading reviews before I decided on this product. IT definitely worked for her and I have tried it on occasion myself to see what the results felt like. It does help you relax and helps with sleep. With my mother I noticed a remarkable mood shift ONCE it starts to work. I will order these again. Between this and the ryze hot cocoa - that really does help to manage her mood. It's a thumb up for me.
