The grinder clip is lock within 6 months and manufacture have poor customer service. They referred me to local authorize dealer and the dealer is saying that they on open service ticket if the unit was bought through them. What is the meaning of authorize dealer for the area if you are not going to service the unit that was not bought through them.

It works really well. I know it is loud but this blender can be used for making Indian masalas, chutneys and stuff like that which involves loud grinding.

This works fine, now I seem that there is a crack on the bottom of the blender. Cheap plastic looks like. I don’t move the blender after I use it stay in the same place, I need to clean the counter then I see that there is a crack. It’s been 3 months I think I need to check back when I order this things . I’m afraid to use this now because of the electrical I don’t want to get electric shocked. 3 starts for Work is fine.
