Thankful I have a source (Bolo) that I can go to, and get a bargain and delivered to my door in a timely manner. This brown sugar was just one many food stuffs I order and have never been disappointed m.

The products were non-usable. The products were delivered completly dried out. I had to just throw them away, since I could not request a refund or replacement.

Not only bakers use this product! A lovely addition to oatmeal along with plain Greek Yogurt to kick the protein up a notch. Freeze dried fruit too? Fresh fruit when available too? Why not? I am amazed at the number of people who thought they would “ help me” by taking the brown sugar I purchased to make me look like a baker. Say what???

Rock hard. To soften it, I added a sopping wet handcloth to the bag and sealed it shut overnight. A white layer appears, but that is only the molasses separating from the sugar. Works like a charm!

C&H is THE holy grail of sugars.A small tip for those bakers who avoid dark brown sugar: Don't!It is not much different from light brown sugar, except you are getting more flavour.I use it whenever light brown sugar is indicated and I've never had a problem; actually the opposite, as my desserts turn out superb.This sugar keeps well too, and does not clump or harden.The opportunities in which to use it are endless.I'm so happy Bolo carries the C&H brand and offers it Prime for a fair price.
