It works fairly well, about 10% avg frame drop, it's pretty reliable.

These tapes are worthless! In 32 years of video production I have never had so many problems with a batch of tapes.While recording a dance recital for a dance studio, I had repeatedly broken time code sequences caused by dropped frameson these cheaply produced tapes and not on just one tape but on all 10 tapes used to record this 5 hour event and it happenedon 2 different cameras. Not just a few dropped frames but as many as 25 to 30 instances on most of the tapes. Not sure if they were manufactured with these defects or if the climate in which they were stored was to blame. I'm going back to the regular Sony HD DVM63 tapes that I always used without any problems.
