I bought this on June 12, 2023. As of yesterday October 7, 2023 the battery is completely dead and will not charge. I have used Remington shavers all of my life and have never experienced such poor quality.

Holds VERY little charge, and charges very slowly. Even plugged in with the provided cord, you cannot operate this.It cuts *okay*, but occasionally it's going to just pull the hair.Remington made a better version of this years ago for a similar price.

Even after charging all night, the revolutions on this trimmer are very slow. The blades seem fine and sharp, the unit itself seems well made; it has a nice feel to it. I love the idea that it can be charged and doesn't need batteries.That being said, the fact that it trims so slowly is a disappointment. It takes about twice as long to trim my beard with this trimmer than my previous Remington unit did. I think if they could fix this it would get higher marks, but as it stands I would not recommend this unit to others. There are just far superior units for only a few dollars more. Pony up the extra 3 bucks and don't be disappointed.UPDATE: Remington Customer Services replied to my original review. They seemed as if they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. A few quick emails later with me sending them some information and they sent me a new item. The new shaver works 10x better than the original one purchased. I did notice on the new packing order slip that there was a comment to "double check for quality". This was a little disheartening, I would think that every item ordered would have been double checked for quality. Overall I am much more pleased with my replacement item than my original. I'd say if you get a good unit the first time, it is worth the money. I've been using it daily for about a week now and no issues. The new one holds a great charge and gets through my entire shave no problems. Kudos to the customer service department for catching my negative review and rectifying the issue.

No tengo las fotos pero el producto no es muy bueno la bateria se daña muy rápido y dura muy poco la carga tengo dos iguales y es exactamente el mismo problema no me gustan

Es la segunda vez que lo compro, el primero me duró entre 4 y 5 años y creo que lo que se descompuso fue la batería, por que las navajas siguen cortando casi como el primer día, (no había notado la diferencia del corte hasta que use el nuevo, me temo que la diferencia era la velocidad en que se mueven las navajas, relacionado al estado deteriorado de la batería del viejo) Desgraciadamente tuve que tirarlo por que viene tan sellado que se rompe al abrirlo y no puedes cambiar la batería, pero por el precio y su duración me parece una excelente maquina, sin mencionar que aun puedo usar las cabezas del anterior, entonces compre esta versión mas económica.
