My aunt is a traditional medicine practitioner and she got this for me during pregnancy. I've continued to drink it postpartum to support lactation. It's always been fresh and has a great smell and taste. The bag is large so it lasts quite a while. It has been effective in maintaining a healthy milk supply.

It’s delicious and has a diuretic effect.Purchased this tea for the medicinal benefits ..will update my review in a few weeks or so.I hear it’s good for hair I might try this as a cold rinse. So easy to brew up hair rinse that smell nice and organically creates healthy, strong hair. Huge size bag should last a while so the value is really good. Easy decision

Great brand of stinging nettle. Never any dirt in it, another brand I've bought on Bolo always has dirt on it. Tons of health and beauty benefits. Good value considering it doesn't have dirt in it

Smells great. The quality is good. I would have given it 5 stars if it came in a resealable bag to preserve freshness. It’s easy to use and for the size of the bag you can’t beat the price unless your growing it yourself.

Very good tea. It was a struggle to get the tea. When first ordered the tea was delayed in shipping. After 15 days, repeated calling and writing aol every one was blamed but AOL. AOL customer service has gone down hill. What horrible people to deal with. I was promised they would fix the issue, that never happened. Besides the language barrier they lied and nothing was resolved. So I had to cancel the order then purchase the tea again. Unbelievable, I received the teas in 4 days. Almost 20 to get this order, AOl never took responsibility, offered no resolution, and blamed everyone else. I’m glad the tea was worth it.
