It was part of Bolo'sFREE PRIME SHIPPING!!! Any Questions?PEAVEY... You needn't look any further (farther?) for sound re-inforcement. Bass... Guitar... P.A. Systems.Go-look at all your videos of live band performances... PEAVEY-PEAVEY-PEAVEY... everywhere.Yeah, some F--ders, M--shall's, and some others, but PEAVEY predominates.... There's a reason why....Great quality, value for the money, reliability, and superb tone in sound reinforcement.This amp is amaaaazing!!! I bought it to replace an older TKO 65 15" bass amp I'd been playing through forover 30-years, first on FULL KEYBOARD-Fender Rhodes, then on key-bass. This new amp is amaaazing!Quality, Punch, Edge-i-ness, simplicity of operation. This amp will do the job for whatever you havein mind.... Lightweight, compact, plenty of buttons and features, plenty of power. If you need more power,run it THROUGH THE BAND's P.A. system.... It has an XLR-out-jack for JUST THAT PURPOSE... Earplugs, anyone?I'll be using it for a "single" act I do, punching left-hand key-bass through this amp, (it soundsAWESOME!) and other keyboards through a Peavey P.A. from (get this........) circa 1970's Standard PeaveyPA head-400 watts, 135 watts RMS, 2 cabinets, 4-12" speakers total..... Uh-huh, still working just fine,thank-you-very-much-PEAVEY!!!If you're thinking of a 10" or 12" bass-amp speaker system? Go ahead and spend the extra 100 andget this 15" Peavey... You'll never regret it... ("Boy, I sure wish I had a bigger amp." uh-huh...)At SOME point "in-your-career" you're going to need it. Practice... Garage-band... Live gigging... PRO...Whatever... you're going to wish you had the extra bottom and power... For those of you dealing with face plate sticker removal: A hair dryer set on medium heat does a terrific job!Begin by heating one corner of the sticker. Remove the heated edge, slowly! You can remove the whole tag heating it from the front of the tag. Here's a tip: Remove the first corner with heated dryer. Blow the warm air BEHIND the tag to melt the glue even better. You'll have to try to blow the air across the grille rather than directly AT it.Use medium heat, pull slowly, do not linger in any one area. Be careful not to blow the speaker directly. DO NOT use a heat gun. Way too hot!! You'll boil the paint and kill your speaker.About the amp:Light weightNicely finished productKick back feature is terrific!Psycho-bass feature is insane. It takes a nice, clear sounding, small(ish) amp and turns it into a rock beast. Really, it's a fantastic feature. I don't understand the science, not at all. The sound? THAT I get!The tuner function actually hears the low strings. Excellent! There's a button for tuner use that mutes amp at same time.I like the midscoop equalizer option. Use it and get a perfect scoop. Here's fun: Set your custom sound. Use the midscoop for easy and quick scoop. Use the button and switch back to your custom settings. Two different players can interchange the sounds.Peavey is a great name in music. They are not riding on a good tradition to get you to buy this amp. I see them as cutting edge new tech for bass gear.USE THE HAIRDRYER!!!bass amp

This was a huge surprise for me. I thought it was going to be huge and complicated to move around, not at all. Has a huge deep end, I play a Rickenbacker 4003. They are like a match made in heaven, nice deep lows and brilliant highs. The "dash" is nicely done; all the buttons are relevant, the amp is confident at high volumes. What can I say!? I really like it, plus it is light and not the beast I feared i had acquired. This replaced a venerable old Peavey TNT 130. In many ways this amp is a through winner, the price and performance is quite unmatched, being a Peavey, well you just know that durability is built in. Those two reasons are why I chose this amp; Price and brand durability. I truly didn't even shopped for any other brand. Get one. Bolo / Peavey is a great combo! (darth vader for scale).

Nice little amp. Easy to carry to a practice session or a small gig. I run a small country dancing event every Thursday in a small farming town. We us an old school gym. Normally we have between 20 and 40 people. I plug the bass player into this. She sings through it too. It provides more than enough power and sounds very clean.I paid $159 for it through Bolo and feel that it is well worth it. I only wish that it allowed for a 2nd input. But it was well worth what I paid for it.

PERFECT PEAVEY QUALITY
Great little and light weight combo amp. I play a fretless bass with nylon wound flat strings and, to my ear at least, it sounds great through this little powerhouse. Perfect little amp for band practice and small gigs
