Wish I could share a picture. But the item took over a week to get here. I needed it sooner. Packaging wasn’t great and it was slightly opened when I opened the outside package. It had to be used immediately. It was delicious. But I will order another brand next time. Quality was extremely fresh. Price was good for size. But I use Bolo do I do not have to wait 1-2 weeks.

It is shredded in such a way it adds texture to the cake and is not lost in the batter mix.

Heavenly. I grew up in Australia. Australians have Lamingtons. These are small square cakes covered in chocolate with a layer of coconut on the outside. The best Lamingtons were coated in sweetened stranded coconut. This one is not stranded but it is moist and sweetened. The very best I have had on this side of the planet. It is so good the first packet went without even making Lamingtons...... Any sweet or desert that has coconut can only be improved by this moist yummy stuff.
