I have been a long time headset user (around 6 years), because I don't like to wear over-the-head noise-cancellation headphones. I have tried multiple headsets in the past few years, and this one is hands down the most comfortable (cushy ear muffs), and the sound quality is so crisp and clear. Definitely a bargain for its price!

I’ve had my work headset since March of 2020 when we started remote work due to COVID. It worked great. Our company went to 3 days in office, two days home in 2024. They gave us a cheap headset; callers couldn’t hear us speaking and we could barely hear them. I ordered this item and glad to report that it is perfect. The cord length is long, connects quickly, and the call clarity is great.

Not the most sophisticated headset out there, but I was looking for something USB, inexpensive, reliable, and lite weight. These work great. I use them for work meetings about an hour or so a day. Sound quality is actually very good, exceeds what I expected. And mic quality seems AOK, no complaints downstream when I speak.There is no mute or volume on the chord. Which is better in my opinion. No chance of changing volume or mute by accident by inadvertently pressing a button. And one less thing to break down the road.Can't go wrong with these. If you live on the headset, I'd probably recommend something heavier duty. But for normal use, these are perfect.

I ordered two different Logitech headphones, this USB version and one with a headphone plug. The other one was fine. When I opened the package containing this USB version, there was an overwhelming odor that was awful. Not sure if it was a used set or if it was a manufacturing odor, but either way it made this set unusable.

Pros: very light and simple, price is right, sound quality of both earphones and mic is very good.Cons: not durable at all, can only be used with mic and cord on right side.I have many looooong calls and zoom meetings, etc., so I am looking for the lightest, most comfortable headset with the best sound quality. This headset comes very close to ideal but not quite.They are very light, and the very light spring action of the headset means that your ears do not feel crushed after wearing for a long time.The earpieces are covered with sponge and not leatherette or other material that makes your ears feel hot and sweaty. This also means that they do not keep out outside noise, but luckily I work in a quiet office by myself, so I don't have to worry about that.Now the bad stuff: these are super flimsy. The ratchet adjustment does not work well, meaning the earpieces slip out of adjustment very easily, and I have only had these about 3 weeks. The over the head piece is flimsy plastic and would not take much to crack or break entirely.The headset is unidirectional. The earpieces are angled so that the headset can be worn in one way only, with the mic and cord on your right hand side. Not a major thing, but annoying.Logitech could fix these problems pretty easily, I would think, and these would be great and not just OK.

Light weight, comfortable
I purchased two sets of these for my work and home office and I'm very happy with the fit and sound quality. So far the headsets have worked really well for meetings and webinars and sit loose enough that they do not make my ears sore, but snug enough that they don't slip or fall off. Others in meetings have said my voice quality is good from the headset, and overall the set is quite light weight. The microphone end does not slide up or down but will bend a bit to place in a comfortable spot.
