Purchased by mistake, but once I tried it I think I like it better than the granulated honey, but will continue to use both....

I've used just about every type of honey product you can find on Bolo and this is deffinetly the best one. I'm on my 5th jar. I use it in primarily in Tea. While it claims to be 100% honey, I've learned that thats not neccessarily true with dry honey products. They are ususaly cut with sugar or wheat. The Sugar ones tend to be crystiline in texture, and while they taste good for the most part they are still sugar. Ive tried the ones cut with wheat and they were awful, I threw them away. The taste was wooden and it left a residue in my cup that was disgusting. This product leaves no residue, is powdery in texture (Dont leave the jar open, its very suseptible to moisture) and tastes like clean honey. I would highly reccomend it for anyone looking for honey flavor without the liquid honey mess.

Overall we’re very happy with this but was disappointed to learn once we got it that sugar was the first ingredient. The flavor is pretty good overall but you can detect the sugar in there for sure.It does have the honey flavor we wanted and expected that was perfect for making BBQ rubs and wing sauces it does clump a little you just have to slowly and carefully mix it.

The main ingredient is maltodextrine, a highly processed carbohydrate made from grain/potato starch. The front of the packaging says “HONEY POWDER made from deliciously sweet clover honey”. Yes you can scroll and see an image of the ingredient list and maltodextrin is listed in the product description. I thought the main picture made it clear I was getting honey. Can’t return a food item so it’s $17 going straight in the trash. Intentionally misleading and deceitful label. I can not trust Hoosier Hill Farm

I bought this for use as a component in the rib rub that I make. I should have paid more attention to the description. This has the consistency of fine ground flour, which is suboptimal for what I wanted, I needed the granulated honey. So instead I'm using it in tea and such. They advertise as Honey but know that it's honey AND corn syrup. The flavor is bland at best, I can not in truth recommend this product.

Absolutely love this. So easy to add to my smoker dry rubs. Fo little kick of natural sweetness.Not to mention adding to my morning smoothies.
Fresh and Delicious
Like every Hoosier Hill Farms item I've purchase, this arrived fresh and well packaged. It was a nice treat with berries, and I'm sure I'll find many other uses. Because it's powdered, it will be easier to use in cooking and baking, especially when measuring. Anyone that's tried using honey in baking and cooking knows how hard it can be to measure liquid honey. This is also a great way to add the taste of honey to fruit or desserts for a nice change from plain cane sugar.
