Replaced a different unit I installed a few weeks prior due to soak draining back into the bottle. This unit has a very solid feel and dispenses the perfect amount pr pump.

Wonderful! I bought two of these Grohe soap dispensers to REPLACE the Kraus brand I bought 2 years ago that both started to rust inside the soap chamber- The Kraus brand uses a metal soap "straw" that rusts and gets into soap. It was gross.. This Grohe model- beautiful stainless on the outside but the inside of it (that is underneath the counter) is plastic so it won't rust and stay clean forever.Highly recommend!

Bought to match supersteel faucet. Long nose so reaches over sink. Hate the $800 faucet, love the soap dispenser. Bought the separate long extension and attached to large Method refill bottle. The container it came with was too small.

This item looks good (haven't used it yet), however says Made in China. Grohe don't have manufacturing plants in China as far as I know. Would the seller care to explain please?

Yellowed terribly within 1 month
Purchased the soap dispenser that looked really beautiful when new- very pleasant pale gold color, not too yellow. Within 1 month after installation the color turned really ugly yellow gold that cannot be cleaned. I tried everything but the ugly yellow color remains. Extremely disappointed. The design and functionality are great though.
