These are freeze dried fresh and are vacuum sealed in the number 10 can that comes with a plastic lid that is used to reseal after opening between servings.Perfect to use in recipes or as a snack being very delicious and healthy.I like to add these to my hot oatmeal breakfast bowl with a pinch of sugar, perfection.Super to keep for longer term storage of up to 30 years of shelf life…warning: mine never last that long as these are a favorite to munch on straight from the can as a healthy tasty snack at anytime. If you can keep these in your pantry for 30 years, I believe you would be breaking some kind of record.Awesomely Wholesome and a Great Deal too!

I purchased to use in many homemade items, smoothies, ice cream and baking. These were beautiful in color and can be eaten as is, which I did. Very good. I used a blender to make powder out of them for the above mentioned item. I froze the remainder. They worked well.
