I knit this metallic thread along with dark green yarn for leaves that finish my artistic endeavors called Petite Fleurettes pins. The leaves otherwise look too plain alongside the antique and rare yarns I use to create the flowers. The silver (or copperish antique gold) add an excellent glimmer of intrigue to the leaves, and help me create items that are always one of a kind.

Beautiful shine and it hand stitches up easily for embroidery. If you work embroidery or Bucilla type Christmas kits, this is a must to buy to replace the not so great quality of metallic thread included in most kits.

This thread is a little on the thicker side, but it is so lovely. I really enjoyed the end result of my project. It make any project look fantastic. High sheen but does not look cheap. High end results.
Less Fraying
If you have only used the DMC six-strand thread and you are wondering whether the Diamante line was worth it, IT IS! This thread is much easier to use. My only complaint is not all the colours are available right now.

Good thread. Stronger than I expected. I used it for Christmas baubles craft.
Very shiny
I bought this because I wanted to use it to embellish shimmering water on a needlepoint project. It gives the desired effect, much brighter than DMC silver tapestry yarn, but I have to use it four strands at a time. This is challenging, but the effect is worth it.
Bobbin is the perfect size
I look forward to adding detail to my stitching with this unique thread.
