I've tried everything for cramps I get ibbn my left leg and foot. I've taken Potassium and even drank Tonic Water which contains Quinine and nothing worked. Finally I came across Hyland dissolving all natural PM. I found relief after uso these the first night. They dissolve easily when you place two under your tounge and have no after taste. If after using two and you don't get get relief you can repeat, which I've never had to do. I'm able to sleep without being awaked by horrible leg/foot cramps. Hyland dissolving PM has been a Game Changer for me. I'm never without a extra bottle! They're safe and non habit formula is important to me.

For years it’s worked. Ignore my previous review about expiration dates. 😔 Date on box is not the expiration date; it’s the creation date. Surprise! I Just found out that Hylands homeopathic pills do not have expiration dates! I complained n was reimbursed. It should not have happened. Wish the Bolo representative, who so patiently assisted me in my concern about the box dates could have also Known n confirmed that Hylands Homeopathic pills have No expiration date but has creation dates on the boxes. I continue to learn at my old age. Even after using this product for years n recommending it to many family n Friends; even gave it as gifts that it has been a great product! N it does work! No expiration dates! Homeopathic Hylands leg cramps pills work!Thank you!

Hello,I was sceptical on clames of stopping leg pain and cramps.However, this is the third day of trying this over the counter leg and foot cramp and pain reliever, and my conclusion is,IT DOES!I have chronic leg and foot pain sence I can remember, from childhood. I have been on many Doctors perscreptions for pain, including Vicadin for years and have built up a tolerance that blocks pain relief. That is untill now, this product WORKS!I have finally gotten real relief from the leg pain I have lived with for years.If you have cramps and or leg pain, TRY THESE!They may or may not work for you, but believe me, they are well worth trying.CTLPortland Or.
