I also sometimes use to ease menstrual cramps. Very powerful. The smell is quite strong—not unpleasant but very distinct. Everyone in the room can smell. Also it did slightly stain my white sheets.

This little container of balm packs a punch. Great for sore, aching muscles or everyday pain. Pleasant almost cinnamon like smell. The container is small but you don't need much. If you haven't used it before give it a try. You might be surprised.

Out of all the body ache creams I’ve ever used, this one is by far a life saver. I kept having neck and shoulder pain for months, used other over the counter creams and nothing helped until a friend recommended this Tiger balm and trust me it will not disappoint you. Works wonders

I have tmj and it has been manifesting as pressure in my jaw/cheek area. I was recommended to try out tiger balm by one of my coworkers who SWEARS by it and it has worked really well. It has a fairly strong smell, and is thick in consistency. You’re not necessarily supposed to use it on your face, but as long as you keep it away from your eyes, I found it to be okay. There is a mild stinging that happens when your eyes are near it, similar to onions, but goes away quickly. Again, this would only affect those who want to use it on your face. Overall the tiger balm minimizes my pressure and allows for me to carry on my day without TMJ issues.
