Whenever I work nights, I struggle to fall asleep when I get home in the morning. But this really helps a lot and I always wake up feeling like I got the best sleep ever. Sometimes I question if I over slept or would miss my alarm but none of that happens. This version tastes great and I love how effective and the cost is great too for the package. Also was concerned about being dependent on it and I never had any issues the times I was out of stock so I'm glad for that.

This syrup tastes awful- like, well, yucky medicine with chemical super-sweetness added. And the purple dye is surely... problematic. But a dose of this really helps me connect to sleep and stay asleep. Sometimes I even sleep through my young children crying out (as a mother I can somehow hear their eyelids open and my sleep is constantly interrupted), so my husband gets to take a turn waking up and tending to them. This is great for those nights when I'm so underslept I'm not able to function and in desperate need of a solid 8+ hours.Do not take an edible in conjunction with this. It's really not fun. That might sound like a tempting dare but honestly it does not feel good.

I struggle with sleeping sometimes so I use this 3 days out the week. The 1st time I used it, it knocked me out so well. I do have to lie down on my pillow to fall asleep when I drink it, if my head isn’t down, I won’t fall asleep. So be mindful of that. I usually take it 30 minutes before I have to go to sleep. The taste is ok like cherry medicine. 5/5 i recommend it if you occasionally struggle with sleep and I don’t feel addicted to it hence why I use it half the week lolz😴😴

Yall, I'm a bad sleeper. Melatonin doesn't do anything for me. This thing took me out for 12 hours yall, 12 hours. I don't sleep for more than like 4-5 hours. It tastes disgusting, but it works.

I’ve noticed a slight decrease in the effect after using this product for months. But it was working in the beginning.
