I’be used many products from this brand in the past. Around 20 years ago, in addition to significantly shifting my eating habits to a much cleaner diet, I also changed the supplement brands I was using. This is a brand that was originally recommended to me by nutritional specialists in a natural food store I frequently shop in and because of the great experiences I’ve had with this particular brand it is the one I first go to when I am purchasing supplements for myself or my family. I’ve been taking this product for the past 2 months and can see a difference in my waist circumference and I feel more energetic. For reference, I’m fairly slender but I’ve not been diligent about engaging in regular daily cardio or specific activities to target my belly area, which has been my concern. I’ve also had three children (including twins) and while I’ve increased my physical activity because of the summer months, that’s typical for me and I can see a difference in my body composition now that once been taking this product that I hadn’t seen in previous summers.

I have been taking the Keto 7 along with the Forskolin (20% Standardized, 125 mg) daily after hearing about it on the Dr. Oz Show as it was stated on the show that the supplements help reduce belly fat and speed up metabolism. I have been taking them daily for 4 weeks now along with eating a low carb South Beach Diet during these 4 weeks. I have not cheated whatsoever on my diet nor missing taking my supplements and have not eaten any flour, sugar or alcohol products (even was good through my 1 week Florida vacation last week, Ugh!) I did not weigh myself when I began, but I was a size 16 and now am back in my size 14 jeans (and look forward to being a size 10 again). What I have seen so far in my body, is that my mid-section, especially in the upper section below my breasts has become quite flat (an area that is new to me in gaining weight, and probably because I am in my mid-40's now). The lower part (the "pooch" as they call it, is also flattening, but not quite there yet). I cannot say if it is just the supplements, or the low-carb eating. I found I have more energy since taking both supplements and at lunch time I am not hungry whatsoever, so I have to force myself to eat as it is not good to miss meals. So far I am happy with the progress, whether it be the supplements or the low carb diet. I will now add in exercise next week with doing weight training (as I heard more fat is burned through weight training than cardio and continues to burn calories longer even after you finished your workout) I am going for 3 - 4 times a week with the weight training. I have had no side effects from the supplements, as I have seen some people mention about headaches and frequent urination. I will definitely be ordering another month's supply this week of both supplements.

I find that NOW 7-keto DHEA works very well for appetite suppression, and increasing energy while experiencing calorie restriction (intermittent fasting). I've seen people comment that they thought this didn't work, or that they didn't know if it actually worked. You must dose this, like MOST supplements with body weight in mind (higher body weight requires a greater dose) -- and keep in mind that your body does not store this. We have seen much greater absorption putting the contents of the capsule under the tongue for some time before swallowing what residue is left (there is practically no taste). This has dramatically increased energy production (increases thermal expenditure), reduced cortisol production (helping tot preserve muscle mass), and has an appetite suppressive effect, even with 16 hour intermittent fasting. The price, though better than many others is still disappointing. This chemical (7-keto DHEA acetate) should not cost this much.

As a former personal trainer powerlifters and bodybuilder 30 years ago I've been using this type of product on and off ever since and as I do with most products I try different brands because with most supplements you really don't know what you are getting because you're not going to "feel" Anything but instead you were just relying on the science behind what it is doing. This product is very different however because when you take it you definitely feel it in your libido!!! About a week ago I switched to this brand and have not noticed or felt ANYTHING Despite being very very familiar with the impact of countless other brands over the years. I'm currently using numerous products from this brand and now this situation really causes into question whether or not the rest of them are fake
