A good price and great product . Easy to take.
The B complex tablets are easy to take and reasonably priced. I buy their vitamin D too for the same reason. I am on a whole food plant based diet and these two vitamins are recommended as essential.

Very good blend and very good quality, very happy!
After only 2 weeks on this blend of B-complex, my husband has noticed a drastic difference (more balanced really) in his energy levels. The B vitamin family - in of itself helps 'things' to get to where they need to be, and for 'everything' to hopefully run more efficiently (better absorption, better 'reception' and 'use') so your body is receiving and absorbing nutrients it needs (which can help avoid a myriad of other health concerns - anaemia, glucose issues, energy levels, sleep issues, even some digestive and circulatory issues - and of course nerve issues!) Very good quality and very effective. The one thing I worried about was if it would be over-kill in the 'dose' per B-vitamin. It's *perfect* very well balanced. Tablets are SMALL and easy to swallow, I foresee this to be on regular order for my husband (takes 2 in the mornings week days, and 1 each day - on weekends to help keep this in his system) - they've helped him have much more energy. He's also prone to anaemia - (have also changed his vitamin c to *buffered* which can help absorb the iron he needs) but PLEASE do not take these without medical guidance. OR if you do - BE Careful - don't take things JUST BECAUSE they look good. Your body only needs X amount per day. Check with your doctor if these would be ok!! And if this would be of benefit to you. (B-vitamins are water soluble which means they won't be stored in the system, you wee out what your body doesn't need) but why take something if your body doesn't need it?

I like this supplement because the size of the pills are very small and like other type of Bcomplex after a couple of months they don't change the colour and also they don't smell and very easy to swallow
