Easy vitamin C.
Easy to take in this capsule form.I’m on Iron tablets at night so take this to boost my vitamin c as this helps the Iron to be absorbed into body a lot better. Had blood tests and definitely improved iron in blood.

Not a lot to say about this other than it appears it is what it claims and even though the pills are on the larger side they're quite tasty and therefore much more palatable for people who struggle with taking pills. You could break them in half very easily and they'd be even easier to swallow. Definitely recommend.
