I love this stuff and I can’t get it locally. It beats thousand island dressing on a Reuben flat out. I used it for Reuben’s when I worked in a deli years ago. Use black bread, not that marble stuff, spread on both pieces. Then Swiss on both pieces, then corned beef. Then squeeze the kraut as dry as you can, put it on one side and make the sandwich. Microwave it for 40 seconds. Then out in the toaster oven to crisp up the bread. Just be careful and don’t put too much ingredients or you will have a messy sandwich. Follow these instructions and enjoy.

The right heat level for my taste. Ordered 6 bottles the seal and lid were broken on 1 of the 6 bottles had to discard the broken one. which brings the purchase value down Giving a 4-star rating because I feel the jars could have been wrapped better for shipping
