I had been running about 3 miles daily plus doing circuits and eating super clean (oats, MUFAs, etc.) and I couldn't lose more than about 6 pounds net for months. My starting weight was 178. I took this with the Forskolin and dropped 15 lbs within a couple months. Totally worth it in my opinion. You have to be careful about your nutrition though. A lot of foods that were popular for weight loss just a few years ago are now on the "bad" list. And the pills don't work if you're not eating right and exercising along with it.

This product has been completely ineffective. I have been using this product for two weeks and have seen zero results!!! I contacted the seller and was told supplements are non-returnable once opened!!! How would I be able to know if the product is effective if you do not use it!!!!?? Their customer service sucks!! Save yourself the money and hassle!!! Do not buy!!!

I have no idea if they actually work. I take several other supplements along side this. All I can say is I've made progress towards my goal while taking this supplement as part of a stack. If you research 7-keto, there is great amount of evidence to support the effectiveness of this stuff though. The bottle, packaging, value, and simplicity of this product is excellent!

200 mg makes me more energetic, happy and...wishing for sexytime. OH GOLLY. You will feel like sexytime all the time when you take this stuff. I suggest you get lube. You can never have enough lube.This stuff is good stuff.
