Birds building nests in cowlings, perfect fit for 2018 300hp Yamaha's. Just loosely snap strap under outboard cable inputs and slide over and pull down. Slide to proper position and pull strap tight, I did not use pull strings. Good quality material and they look great.

These outboard engine covers are made from quality fabric and engineered well. I have been using them for about a year. They have stood up to the Florida sun and wind. These covers are still in excellent condition.

These can be tricky to put on if you don’t install the strap under the engine loom first. Once you learn to do this first they go right on.

Does Not Fit 2022 Yamaha F300 XCB. Too small. I struggled for an hour to get it on. Finally found mention in the Bolo comments that there was a recent design change (2021?) and this cover no longer fits. Cover does seem to be of good quality though.
